- Energy management / EMS
- Scope
- Grid · Rooftop PV · Ground-mounted PV
From energy data to operating decisions.
For Gelal Çorap, we brought facility consumption, rooftop PV and separate ground-mounted plants into one energy management view. Meter and generation data connect to billing periods, making costs, generation losses and intervention needs clearer.
- 01
Facility and solar energy flow
Grid imports and exports, rooftop generation, facility load and separate ground-mounted generation are monitored at their respective metering points.
- 02
Billing-based energy balance
Facility consumption and rooftop/ground-mounted generation are assessed alongside remote meter readings, invoices and netting periods. Energy costs and generation contributions appear in the same report.
- 03
Plant performance and loss tracking
Plant generation, installed capacities, irradiance data and historical performance are compared. Unexpected drops and persistent losses are identified for technical investigation.
- 04
WhatsApp alerts
Inverter and site connectivity outages, along with identified generation losses, are reported to the technical team. Ongoing incidents and recovery are tracked to support intervention.
- 05
Authorised remote switching
Supported field equipment provides remote on/off and generation-limiting functions. Operation depends on device control capabilities and an authorised user’s action.
- 06
Turkish-language AI assistant
Questions such as “Why did energy costs change this month?” or “Which plant is producing below expectations?” can be assessed clearly using existing records.
Previously overlooked generation losses became visible.
Comparing historical meter and generation records revealed previously unnoticed days of lost production and performance differences between plants. These findings guide technical investigation of possible causes such as inverter status, soiling or connection outages.
Project scope
This installation covers energy monitoring and management without battery storage. BESS applications are assessed separately against facility needs and project design.
