Energy is one of your facility’s most critical operational resources. We plan systems together, from the grid connection to machine connections, around your production needs.
We engineer your industrial electrical infrastructure and coordinate procurement, installation and commissioning within one delivery plan.
We install medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) systems together with the grid connection, transformers and on-site distribution. Solar PV and battery storage integrate into this infrastructure.
We install busbars, cable trays, lighting and machine power supplies. SCADA makes PLC-controlled processes visible, connecting the shop floor to management.
We plan your facility’s detection, surveillance and communications needs together. Our services cover the design, installation and commissioning of fire alarms, camera systems and IT infrastructure.
We install systems covering detectors, manual call points, audible and visual alarms, and fire alarm control panels.
We install IP cameras, video recording and monitoring infrastructure for entrances, production areas and shared spaces. Camera placement and recording arrangements follow the facility’s needs.
Structured cabling, fibre links, network cabinets and wireless access provide your facility’s data communications. We plan connections between production, offices and the on-site data centre together.

We manufacture main distribution panels around your facility’s power requirements. Incoming supply, protection, metering and outgoing feeders are planned together before on-site commissioning.

Energy consumption is assessed alongside production output.
We design C&I battery storage together with an Energy Management System (EMS). An energy infrastructure that supports critical loads, evaluates tariff opportunities and monitors production and consumption hour by hour.
We integrate rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV into your facility’s electrical infrastructure. Monitoring generation and consumption together helps plan the use of locally generated energy.
Solar PV + facility infrastructureExplore our solar projects ↗BESS stores energy for use when needed. Backup scenarios for critical production lines and IT infrastructure are designed around battery power, capacity and the system’s transfer arrangement.
BESS + PCS + UPS integrationThe Energy Management System (EMS) evaluates generation, consumption and battery status together. We build automated charging, discharging and energy-use scenarios around tariffs and operating conditions.
EMS + meters + PLC / SCADAFor UPS-like backup needs, we design BESS around critical loads and existing UPS infrastructure. EMS maintains a backup energy reserve; suitable power conversion and transfer equipment supports critical loads during an outage.
Transfer time and backup duration depend on the PCS, transfer equipment, UPS, loads and battery capacity. Not every BESS provides uninterrupted UPS operation on its own.
EMS evaluates the facility’s contract and tariff alongside its consumption plan. It develops scenarios for charging at favourable times, discharging at higher-cost times and reducing peak power demand.
Arbitrage benefits are calculated alongside tariff differences, cycle losses, battery degradation and operating costs. No fixed savings rate is promised.
EMS compares solar generation and facility consumption hourly. It supports self-consumption by planning storage of surplus generation when conditions allow, later use and grid imports.
Netting, metering and use of stored energy are assessed against the facility’s applicable rules and connection arrangement. EMS does not replace official market settlement.
For facilities meeting participation requirements for TEİAŞ YAT processes, we assess the integration of instructions received through an authorised market participant or aggregator into facility controls.
Not every C&I facility is automatically eligible for YAT. General generation curtailment and YAT are different processes; routing energy to a battery is assessed only where the instruction permits it and capacity is sufficient.
We plan integrations that bring energy data together with production, order and cost records in the factory’s own AI data centre.

We plan protection and backup solutions to reduce the impact of grid outages and fluctuations. The potential to reduce generator use is assessed against your facility’s load profile.
Where tariffs allow, we develop arbitrage scenarios using energy stored at lower-cost times during higher-cost periods. Economic benefits are considered alongside system losses and battery operating costs.
We monitor generation and consumption together, analyse energy use and make operational decisions clearer. EMS data can connect to other company records through the on-site AI centre.
Project scope, equipment selection and site installation are parts of the same plan.
Power needs, production layout and system connections are assessed to define the installation scope.
Project-specific panels are manufactured; equipment and site materials are prepared to match the installation plan.
MV/LV, electrical and automation systems, plus low-current fire alarms, CCTV and IT/network systems, are installed and connected on site. Solar PV and BESS integration follows the project scope.
Connections, protection and control functions are tested. PLC, SCADA and EMS scenarios are verified within the project scope before commissioning.
We support your electrical and automation infrastructure with maintenance suited to your equipment. Machine condition monitoring, maintenance planning and field work are considered together.
For equipment with suitable sensors and data access, we develop solutions to monitor changes in temperature, vibration, current and operating data. The aim is to identify early signs of faults and prioritise maintenance.
We create inspection and maintenance plans for electrical panels, machine power supplies and automation equipment. Work is scheduled around production, equipment requirements and site conditions.
We investigate electrical and automation faults, carry out maintenance and perform follow-up checks within the project scope. Maintenance and downtime records support the tracking of recurring issues.
We plan integrations that assess machine condition, maintenance history and production schedules through AETHER AI. Predictive maintenance scope depends on available data quality and equipment connectivity.
